Bringing ease to a healthy lifestyle, through space and community that facilitates a personalized journey and motivates people to look inward. Where there are no taglines, buckets, or standards to fit.
Un-labeling the food industry, taking off the shame, guilt, and feeling of loneliness through a sense of community and acceptance.
12 years of disease, shame, and no answers.
My story behind finding ease.
Little did I know in 2009 that my life would drastically change, that I was going to face head-on the gaps in the traditional medicine path, and food industry, and that the way back to health would leave me with more questions than answers.
After several surgeries, and a month filled with pain and confusion, doctors decided that I was good enough to go back to “normal” life. What they didn’t consider was that “normal” wasn’t available to me anymore. Food intolerances and pain started to slowly not only deeply affect my sense of ease, but have a great impact on my mental health that took years to recognize and address.
